The Categories of Personal Data We Collect and Sources
Section 2 of our Privacy Policy details the types of personal data we collect when you use our Site and the sources from which we obtain this information.
The table below outlines the categories of personal data we collect from you. Please note that not all categories may apply to you, depending on how you interact with our products and services. For instance, if you are a Job Seeker and do not utilize our Site for paid services, we will not have your billing information. The copy of your personal data reflects which categories are relevant to you.
Our sources of personal data can vary by user and may include your activity on the Site, information provided during account creation, communications and materials you request Indeed Flex to send on your behalf, such as messages and job applications, and publicly available third-party sources, like job postings on a company’s hiring page.
Our Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
Section 2 of our Privacy Policy also explains the purposes for which we collect and process your personal data. These purposes may include activities such as creating an account on our Site, sending you job alerts and promotional content, providing relevant search results and job recommendations, and supporting your job application process and related communications with employers.
Disclosures of Your Personal Data

These disclosures may involve sharing with affiliated entities as detailed in our Privacy Center, third-party service providers, employers during the job application process, when a job seeker has a public resume, or when required to meet legal obligations. For California residents, please be aware that some recipients of these disclosures, such as Indeed Flex’s affiliated entities, may be considered “third parties” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and therefore, certain disclosures may be regarded as a “sale” under the CCPA. Our Retention of Your Personal Data
Indeed Flex retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, or as required to comply with legal obligations. For instance, records related to a business transaction or employment relationship are kept for specified periods as mandated by applicable laws. When the personal data we hold is no longer needed for these purposes, Indeed Flex deletes it in accordance with legal requirements.

If any of your personal data appears incorrect, please inform us. We’re here to help you correct any inaccuracies.
Right To Request Your Financial Information
You have the right to request any financial information we hold for you in our system. If you need to access your payslips, this can be done directly through the PayCircle platform at https://my.paycircle.co.uk/login.
If you don’t remember the email address you used to sign up, please contact the payroll department to update your email and resend the account links. To do this, follow the support process and submit a ticket through the Flex App. Tickets submitted are aimed to be resolved within 48 to 72 hours.
Right to delete your personal data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and will be subject to legally mandated retention requirements (e.g., tax, employment, regulatory, or compliance purposes), which may limit the extent of data deletion. Please note that if you choose to delete your personal data, you will no longer be able to use this email address to create an Indeed Flex account in the future.
Right to restrict/object to processing of your personal data
If you are not comfortable with how we use your data, you have the right to restrict or object to its processing.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
As stated in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to raise any issues you are facing with the supervisory authority for the region where you are located. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to address any issues before it reaches that stage. If you would like to do so, please email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, providing details of your issue. Indeed Flex will promptly address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you should then proceed with filing a complaint with your chosen supervisory authority.
Automated decision making
Indeed Flex employs automated decision-making as described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy. This technology helps us enhance our services for jobseekers and employers. Examples include matching jobseekers with suitable job listings, recommending relevant positions, and moderating our systems to ensure quality.
Further data requests
In the event that you choose to request additional copies of your data, Indeed Flex may charge you a reasonable fee based on administrative costs where permitted by applicable law.
